League and Special Events Registration Form

Please Read Before You Register!
  • All Teams, Groups and Individuals MUST PAY ONLINE in order to register. If you cannot pay online, registrations must be submitted and paid IN PERSON at the Calgary Sport & Social Club office, located at Suite 202 – 4702, 1st Street SW. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM (please call before coming down).


    • Prices calculated on next page include GST.
  • Team Captains, Group Leaders and all Individual/Friends are the only registrants who will receive notices directly from the CSSC. 
  • If the league, tournament or event you want to register for is not listed as a choice, it may be full or not currently available.
  • Fields marked by an * are required.
  • Please ensure that all information provided on your form is current and accurate. The information from your registration form is used by the Club to update you on important league information that you and your teammates need to receive.
  • Please double-check the information supplied on your registration form before clicking the Continue button – in particular, the league or event you have selected.  NOTE: PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THE SCROLL WHEEL ON YOUR MOUSE!!!  IF YOU HAVE SELECTED FROM A DROP-DOWN BOX AND HAVE NOT CLICKED OR TABBED TO A NEW FIELD, AND YOU USE YOUR SCROLL WHEEL, YOU WILL CHANGE YOUR SELECTION!!!
Register to be a Sub: Sub list registration starts after the leagues are underway. Choices for subbing will NOT appear until this time. Subs play for FREE but there is no guarantee you will be contacted to play. Please note: By becoming a sublist registrant, your contact information will be given out to teams/players who are requesting a sub. Please review the rules for any sports you select and submit a waiver prior to playing.

Spring 2008 Leagues:

  • Spring registration is now open!

Spring '08 BOOT CAMP Registration - Registration for the SSC Boot Camp must be done on a seperate form. CLICK HERE to register for Boot Camp. 

Badminton Registration - When registering a TEAM for Badminton, choose the 'Individual/Friends (1-4 players)' option on the registration form and enter information for 2 players. Do NOT choose the 'Team' Option. You will need to pay $150 in fees and the CSSC will refund you the $10 difference. Please write your team name choice in the 'Comments' section. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Sub Registration - Registration to be on the sublist for any of our winter leagues is now open. It's a great way to try out that new sport you have always wanted and it's free! Sub list for the Spring season will not open until April 20th.
