| The ESSC is proud to be offering an entirely new branch to the Sport and Social Club – FITNESS CLASSES. New for the Spring 2009 season, we will be offering three types of fitness classes: Boot Camp, X-Terraining and Body Balance. Our goal is to provide well rounded alternatives to playing sports that are both fun and challenging. All classes will run in 6 week rotations with something available all year long! So round up your friends, pick the class most suited to you and get ready to get fit! |
