  ABOUT THE CAMP
This is for those of you who want a little more out of the sporting world, those of you who subscribe to the ‘No Pain, No Gain’ mentality… those of you who are PRO-PAIN! The CSSC’s Boot Camp will be a great way for people to get fit and although it will be hard work we will make sure that you will have a lot of fun doing it and you WILL see the results!
 


WHO CAN PLAY?

Adults 18+ may join the camp. This workout program is designed for individual registrations but if you want get fit with a friend or two put it in your registration comments and we’ll make it happen for you!


 


CSSC LEAGUE DETAILS

Start Date:

Session one starts the week of May 5th (This date has been pushed back two weeks due to weather)

Cost:

Sign up for:
1 session/week @ $125/person
2 sessions/week @ $225/person
3 sessions/week @ $300/person
4 sessions/week @ $360/person

Locations:

Details to be provided soon! Throughout this 6 week Boot Camp you will ‘train’ at 3-5 different locations.

Session Times:

Mornings: 6:00am – 7:30am
Evenings: 6:30pm – 8:00pm

Format:

Each session will run in 6 week rotations. The first session will take place the week of May 5th. You can choose how hard core you want to be by deciding on how many sessions/week you want to attend. To see optimal results we suggest 3 times/week; however, even just once a week will help you reach you fitness goal. When you register you choose how many times a week you want to attend and have the flexibility of choosing what classes you want to attend for the duration of the Boot Camp.

Note: For the spring Boot Camp beginning May 5th, only one level will be offered; however, additional levels will be offered as participants graduate level one.

 
 


HOW DO I REGISTER?
ALL REGISTRATIONS MUST BE DONE ONLINE SO THAT FORMS CAN BE PROCESSED IN THE ORDER THEY ARE RECEIVED.

Spring 2008 Registration Opens Thursday, February 21st @ 1am.




 



 

  WAIVER 
ll players must fill out a Waiver before playing in the ESSC. The waiver must be submitted as soon as your spot in the league has been confirmed. Waivers must be filled out each season that a person plays with the ESSC.
