Boot Camp runs year-round through
a series of indoor and outdoor sessions. Sessions run on 6
week intervals. Boot Camp will cater to individuals of
various fitness levels. Trainers will provide one-on-one as
well as group instruction and will push each participant to
their own personal best. Workouts will be progressed or regressed
as per individual capabilities. Exercises may include, but are
not limited to; sprints, planks, squats, push-ups, running hills/stairs,
tricep dips and burpees. Boot Camp is a great starting point
for beginners or an excellent addition to a current fitness
routine! |
