The CSSC is proud to be offering an entirely new branch to the Sport and Social Club – FITNESS CLASSES. Our goal is to provide well rounded alternatives to playing sports that are both fun and challenging. All classes will run in six week rotations with something available all year long! Anyone over the age of 18 can join in the fun, so round up your friends, pick the class most suited to you and get ready to get fit!
