It doesn't matter what sport you're playing, everyone is welcome to register for our events.


 
 
  ABOUT THE SPORT
Are you tough enough to get grass stains? Join the CSSC's popular Grass Volleyball leagues. The court location has not yet been determined.
  WHO CAN PLAY?
Adults aged 18 and older can join our co-ed leagues. Our league offers the Intermediate division which is for players of varying skill levels, but teams have to attempt three hits. We welcome full teams, small groups (5 or more players but not a full team), friends (2-4 players) and individual registrations. Small group, friends and individual registrations are combined with other similiar registrants to form a team that remains together for the duration of the season. Click here for more info.
 


CSSC LEAGUE DETAILS

Start Date Spring outdoor leagues begin the Week of April 20, 2008.
Players 6 on the court, minimum 2 females, we recommend teams of 6-8.

Cost

- $355/team

- $75/individual or friends (1-4 people)

- $60/per person for small groups (5-8 people)
Courts Games will be played at courts that are set-up on an outdoor field in Calgary.
Game Times Games will be played between 6:30pm.

Grass Volleyball Coordinator There will be a coordinator at your games to set up the nets and help with rosters and scores.


 

 
SPRING 2008 LEAGUE NIGHTS AND SKILL LEVELS

 LEVEL DESCRIPTION
WEDNESDAY
 Intermediate For novice players and teams. Some bumping and setting. Some hitting and blocking. Will start seeing three hits although you will typically not see strong or organized attacks. Team Goal: Get it over net but try doing it with 3 hits.


PLEASE REGISTER FOR THE APPROPRIATE DIVISION FOR YOUR TEAM!!!
IF YOUR TEAMS PLAYS ABOVE A RECREATIONAL LEVEL PLEASE REGISTER FOR REC PLUS OR INTERMEDIATE!
THE CSSC HAS SOLE DISCRETION TO MOVE TEAMS TO A DIVISION MORE APPROPRIATE TO THEIR SKILL LEVEL!!!

  
 

HOW DO I REGISTER? ALL REGISTRATIONS MUST BE DONE ONLINE SO THAT FORMS CAN BE PROCESSED IN THE ORDER THEY ARE RECEIVED. Incomplete forms will not be processed.

 

 

  WAIVER All players must fill out a Waiver before playing in a CSSC league or tournament. The waiver must be submitted as soon as your spot in the league or event has been confirmed.
