General Overview:
Join our hard-working office team and help us to run successful leagues !
This is a part-time position where the candidate will be helping in several aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Club. The main focus will be administrative
tasks, customer service and assisting our management team
on various projects.
Start date:
Immediately
Completion
date: May 1, 2010
Hours: 20-40 hours/week during Monday to
Friday business hours with varying shifts
Rate of pay:
$14.50/hour
Responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks including updating the database, processing scores, registrations and building schedules
- Organizing and cleaning equipment
- Customer service including telephone, e-mail and in-person
- Complete errands and deliveries
- Various other duties or special projects as assigned

- Having a vehicle is an asset
