General Overview:
Join our office team and help us run our Leagues and Events!
This is a full-time position where the candidate will be involved
in many areas of the Club. The main focus will be administrative
tasks, customer service and assisting our management team
on various projects. Will also include helping to organize
some evening or weekend Tournaments and Parties.

become a member of our full-time office team
Hours:
40 hours/week during Monday to
Friday business hours (except for occasional evening Parties
or weekend Tournaments)
Rate of pay:
$15-16/hour to start
Responsibilities:
- Handle telephone and email inquiries from players or prospects
- Process incoming scores and update league standings on website
(training provided)
- Errands and deliveries; including mail, bank, players' equipment,
office supplies, etc.
- Manage incoming League and Event registrations
- Process payments from players
- Manage distribution and tracking
of player equipment
- Office and equipment room organization (recycling, cleaning,
organizing)
- Update CSSC player database
- Help organize and manage Special Events
- Any other duties assigned
