FACILITY USE: All players are expected to treat the facility with respect. The CSSC rents all facilities and can have our rental rights revoked at any time. Common complaints that occur are:

1.     Drinking on the field
2.     Public urination
3.     Excessive use of profanity
4.     Damage to residential/private property (Note: Any costs for damages to private property are the responsibility of the offending player(s).)

Any player or team who causes The Club to get a complaint may be removed from the league and subject to a $100 fine. Click HERE for more information

CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL: It is against the law to drink alcohol on public property. If you are caught by a bylaw officer, you may be subject to a fine from the City. If alcohol consumption results in a complaint against your team or the CSSC by a neighbor or by another team you may be removed from the league and subject to a $100 fine.

WEATHER: Our online weather updates will not be updated on weekends; therefore players must go to their fields on time and abide by the rain or shine policy. SETTING UP YOUR FIELD: All soccer teams must bring their equipment to each game. Click HERE to see your Field Setup diagram.

SCORE ENTRY: Team captains must submit their scores by midnight the day after their game each week. The link to do so is: http://www.calgarysportsclub.com/outdoor_soccer/scores.shtml

The log-on information to do so is:

If you do not submit your score, your team will automatically receive a zero for spirit regardless of what the other team rated you.

SCHEDULE CHANGES: Please note that there may be changes to your schedule at certain points in the season. This is typically due to changes with facility availability or inclement weather. It is very important that you and your teammates check the schedule regularly.

STANDINGS: The CSSC updates league standings within 72 hours of games. Players are encouraged to view their standings online via the link on their sport index page. You may also view the results of individual games by clicking on your team name in the standings. If you notice an error in the standings, please contact the CSSC immediately; do not wait until playoffs! You can also view playoff/final game results by ‘expanding’ the “PLAYOFF RESULTS” section under your regular standings. This will appear once playoff standings have been published.

TEAM JERSEYS: EACH PLAYER MUST BRING A WHITE AND DARK SHIRT TO EACH GAME. THERE IS NO EXCEPTION TO THIS RULE. Teams will then decide at the field who is wearing white and who is wearing dark. All players on a team must be in similar colored shirts (i.e. light or dark).
