The equipment drop-off will be held in the equipment room at the CSSC office (Suite 202,4702 1st Street SW), please click here for a map. Be sure to go to the back of the building (east side – closest to the golf dome). If you are unable to drop-off your equipment on the date listed above, please send a friend or a teammate. We do not play outdoor sports in the Winter so Tuesday will be your only opportunity to return equipment and get your deposit back.
Reminder: All equipment must be returned & cleaned in order for you to be eligible for a full refund of your deposit (our main focus is on the Slo-Pitch bases and strike mats). We do not re-use Slo-Pitch balls, so feel free to keep yours. If the equipment is not cleaned, a $15.00 cleaning fee will be deducted from the original deposit. This will be strictly enforced, so please contact us if you have any questions or are unsure about what you need to return to us.
