These meetings will go over the rules, sportsmanship guildelines, team packages and several other important tips on how to make the best of your season! You only have to attend one meeting.

If you are new to the league or a new Team Captain and there is no representative from your team at the meeting your team will receive a -1 for sportsmanship in your first game of the season regardless of the rating from your opponent. There will be no exemptions to this meeting for new players, teams or Team Captains.

Player Meetings will take place at the Loose Moose theatre (located on the southwest side of the Crossroads market), please click here for a map and directions.

Please note: All meetings will be an hour and fifteen minutes long. No attendee will be allowed to leave before the meeting is finished, so please plan to be there for the entire time.

6:30pm to 7:45pm - Outdoor Soccer
7:45pm to 9:00pm - Ultimate Frisbee/Flag Football
9:00pm to 10:15pm - Slo-Pitch/Kickball

***Please note that the Calgary Stampede will be running on this day. If you have Stampede plans, please ensure that a team mate can attend in your absence.

Equipment Pick-up:

All teams are expected to pick up their equipment on the same evening either before or after they attend the meeting. Please make sure bring your Visa or Mastercard for the equipment deposit. Deposit costs are as follows:

Soccer (all divisions): $20
Kickball (all divisions): $40
Rec Slo-Pitch: $40
Rec Plus / Intermediate Slo-Pitch: $80
