Prevent a Halloween Hangover this Weekend

We have all heard that we should drink plenty of water, the rhyme about liquor before beer and know not to drink on an empty stomach but here is a tip some of you may not know about picking your poision:
Low quality, strong dark liquids = hangover for sure. Drinks such as whiskey contain a fun byproduct called "cogeners" (boo!)
High quality, light or clear alcohols = much less chance of feeling like a truck ran over you.

Top Adult Costume Predictions for 2009 |
This is Michelle for the CSSC and here are my personal picks for this year's hottest costumes:
Hottest Trends:
1.) Micheal Jackson
2.) Vampires
3.) Superheroes
Classics:
1.) Zombies/Witches
2.) Schoolgirls or other sexy adult costumes
3.) Ninjas
What I hope to see:
1.) Bruno - bring on the lederhosen hotpants!
2.) Lady Gaga - this one is easy, go to a craft store, take off your pants and viola!
3.) Twitter - after seeing all of the "facebook's" last year I'd be interested to see someone attempt this.
