Skiers/Riders Off-Slope Training

Snow Bunnies listen up! If you want to make the most of your riding season this year you need to do some cross training. Training your legs, core, cardio, and balance off the slopes will improve your speed, control, and balance while riding, as well as help to prevent injuries.

CSSC Boot Camps are an excellent form of cross training. Classes are a circuit type workout that works your muscles and your lungs in an efficient fitness building class where you can work at your own pace. Registration is open and classes begin January 18. For more information Click Here.

Here are a few exercises that you can try at home or at the gym: I decided to demonstrate them for you myself and try out my 'tight and bright' outfit for the SSC Ski Trip bus ride at the same time!
