You Are What You Eat! |
We all know that fast food isn’t good for us (c’mon, we know you saw ‘Supersize Me’), yet we still crave the grease. It can be especially tough when you have to go play sports and don’t have time to cook, or after your games when you’re hungry and just want something quick and cheap!
Many people justify eating unhealthy foods by reminding themselves that they are active and participate in the CSSC. Remember, the CSSC is awesome (!!!) and a great way to maintain an active lifestyle but exercise is only part of the equation.
Although you may not enjoy eating healthy (at least all of the time), getting exercise can be a whole lot of fun! The CSSC Summer League Registration is now open! Don’t wait until the deadline (July 6) to sign-up because our leagues will sell-out on a first-come, first-served basis. The earlier you register, the better your chances are of getting into the league/night/division of your choice. Leagues begin Saturday, July 10. Click Here to view all CSSC offerings. |
