soccer and basketball. It is non-contact and easily learned by new players.

WHO
CAN PLAY?
Adults aged18 and older can join our co-ed
leagues. Our leagues offer divisions for beginners and skilled veterans.
We welcome full teams, small groups (5 or more players but not a full
team), friends (2-4 players) and individual registrations. Small group,
friends and individual registrations are combined with other similiar
registrants to form a team that remains together for the duration of the

CSSC LEAGUE DETAILS

outdoor leagues begin play during the week of April 20, 2008.

5
on the field, minimum 2 women. We recommend teams of 9 - 12.

| Cost: |
- Sunday $425 (8 weeks) Weekdays $480
(9 weeks)

$75/individual or friends
- $60/person for small group (5-8 people)

| Locations: |
Several
fields are used, with 4 teams at each site. These fields are located
throughout the city.

| Game
Times: |
Most
games start at 6:30 pm. There will be some later start times.
|
| Equipment: |
Discs
and cones provided. Players must bring light and dark shirts.
|
| Event
Coordinators: |
There is Event Coordinator (EC) for every 4 teams playing. EC's are players in the league who help out on game night. Please
see JOBS for more details on how to save your fees and become an EC.

MUST BE DONE ONLINE SO THAT FORMS CAN BE PROCESSED IN THE ORDER THEY ARE
RECEIVED. Incomplete forms will not be processed.

WAIVER All players must fill out a Waiver before playing
in a CSSC league or tournament. All players must fill out a waivers for
each season they play with the CSSC. |
