The Position

Reporting to the Leagues Coordinator at CSSC, the Event Coordinator Head Trainer (ECHT) will have a direct impact on CSSC players and have a pivotal role in evaluating our volunteers. The outcomes from this role have a significant impact on our player’s experience, and help us enhance the quality of the leagues. The ECHT will meet new people, work in a team-based environment, while also experiencing a variety of our different leagues environments.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

- Learn and master the roles of all Event Coordinator sports
- These include Volleyball, Badminton, Pickleball, Ultimate Frisbee, Flag Football, and more
- Coach Event Coordinator to follow CSSC policies
- Perform Event Coordinator and facility visits
- Equipment maintenance
- Support Event Coordinators via on-call number during game nights
- Administrative office tasks
- Assist the Leagues Coordinator in creating training programs for Event Coordinators
- Complete special projects and tasks as assigned

Compensation

Rate of Pay: $18.00/hour

Hours: Part-time hours (~8-12 hours per week; 2-3 shifts per week). A combination of evening, daytime, and weekend work will be required.

Bonus: A bonus will be given based on contract fulfillment and performance metrics being met.
