Thank you for your interest in the Sales & Marketing Manager position. The recruitment cycle is now closed.

Staff Testimonial and CSSC Culture

Overview:

The SSC culture (Calgary and Edmonton offices) is built on a foundation of high performance and results, along with teamwork and collaboration. We place a strong emphasis on hiring exceptional people and giving them the tools and guidance that they need to excel in their roles. New staff are given strong support and direction but are encouraged to gain freedom through commitment and results. Weekly goal setting meetings help each employee to have a plan for success. We also like to have fun: staff lunches and celebrations, staff outings, participation on staff sport teams, out of town trips to Banff, Sylvan Lake and Edmonton are all some examples of the team bonding that we do.

A note from our Edmonton Marketing Manager (Tyler):

The SSC is a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment that challenges you every day, and I have thoroughly enjoyed being on the Marketing team for the last three years. Developing relationships with sponsors, companies and players is not only a lot of fun, but incredibly rewarding. The Marketing Manager portfolio offers plenty of opportunities to be creative, develop sales skills and help make an impact on the player experience at leagues and events. The position continually offers new opportunities to learn and the leadership group truly cares about its employees and our professional development. The office culture is unique in the best way possible and it’s fun coming to work when you’re surrounded by talented, enthusiastic and fun people. I feel very fortunate to be a part of the SSC team and our mission to provide the best adult, co-ed sports experience in the province!
