If you’ve been playing in our CSSC Beach Leagues for a while now, the Marda Loop Communities Association (MLCA) might feel like home to you. We’re happy to announce that we’ve made a couple improvements to this facility that we think you’re going to love.

In 2015, the CSSC worked with the Parkdale Community Association (PCA) to build a second home for CSSC Beach Volleyball. Since we built the courts from the ground up, we had an opportunity to choose the best sand and install the best court systems we could find. After receiving so much positive feedback and feeling the difference ourselves, we knew it was time to make some of the same changes to MLCA. Here are the 2 biggest changes to MLCA this year:

  1. The CSSC added 5 inches of brand new premium ‘sandbox’ sand to the MLCA inner courts! This is the same sand used at PCA. One of the benefits of it is that once it dries after a rainfall, it breaks apart without the use of the rototiller.
  2. We installed brand new court systems on the inner courts! The old wooden poles are now brand new metal ones, and there are new court lines and nets. Ooooooooh…ahhhhh!

We hope you all have an amazing beach season and stay tuned for even more facility improvements to come.
