Join our Co-ed PWR X LAB fitness classes for crossfit-inspired workouts. This session can cater to all-fitness levels and will get your heart-rate up while focusing on core isolation, lifting techniques and conditioning while utilizing gym equipment and floor space at the premium GYMVMT PWR X LAB on Macleod.
