PWR X LAB

Join our Co-ed PWR X LAB fitness classes for crossfit-inspired workouts. This session can cater to all-fitness levels and will get your heart-rate up while focusing on core isolation, lifting techniques and conditioning while utilizing gym equipment and floor space at the premium GYMVMT PWR X LAB on Macleod.

Full Throttle Flex

Get your heart rate up each week with a Co-ed or Women's Only Full Throttle Flex group fitness class! These circuit style HIIT classes will be lead by a dedicated trainer and will focus on speed, agility, strength, power and cardio.

Women's - Mind Body Yoga

Exercise your mind, body, and spirit. Empower yourself with the revitalizing and rejuvenating practice of yoga in a Women's Only studio. Learn muscle control, strength, breathing techniques, and balance, while feeling the benefits in your body of increased flexibility and relaxation.
