Locations & Times

  • Location: All Indoor Fitness classes run out of GYMVMT locations
    • Refer to offerings for specific gym information
  • Weekday Class Start Time: 6:30pm or 7:00pm
  • Session Duration: 10 weeks


  • Participants will be able to use the gym equipment provided and floor space for the workouts that the trainer has planned. 
    • Participants will not be required to bring any of their own equipment
  • Participants are encouraged to bring the following:
    • Appropriate workout attire and running/training shoes
    • Water bottle
