Locations & Times

  • Offerings: Mondays, Resistance Training (Stanley Park)and Wednesdays, HIIT Fitness (Stanley Park)
  • Class Start Time: 6:30pm
  • Session Duration: 8 weeks
  • Start Date: Classes begin the week of July 5
  • Each schedule will list the facility, with a corresponding Google Map link outlining parking information and class location details

Equipment

  • Trainers will provide all the necessary fitness equipment for the class
  • Participants are encouraged to bring the following:
    • Appropriate workout attire and running/training shoes
    • Water bottle

Weather Policy & Updates

  • Daily weather calls for classes being on or off will be made by 4:30pm
  • On the home page of our website, simply click on the weather update icon to view the class status
  • If there is a cancellation due to weather the following applies:
    • 1 extension will be made;┬áthe missed class will be added as an extra week at the end
      • You will receive an at-home work-out routine to do on your own the week of the canceled class
    • A live online class will be hosted if additional cancellations occur
      • Online classes will be the same day and time as the original class
