Players should not attend classes if the any of the following is true:
- Feeling ill and/or experiencing any of the following symptoms: cough, fever, shortness of breath, runny nose or sore throat
- Experienced any of the above symptoms in the last 10 days
- Within the last 14 days you have returned home from travel or been in contact with someone who has traveled outside of Canada and tested positive for COVID-19
Personal Protection
- Players should wash hands prior to heading out to class and again as soon as possible following class
- The use of individual antibacterial hand sanitizer is recommended
- The use of a mask is required
- Bring your own water bottle and do not share with others
- A sweat towel is recommended to help avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth with your hands
- Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or into your elbow when coughing or sneezing
- Do not spit
- While we want you to encourage your fellow fitness class mates, please do not high-five them and ensure you are always respecting their personal space
Class Set-Up
- Stations will be marked and set-up to maintain appropriate social distancing
- Individual stations will be spaced with a minimum of 6 feet between each other
- Trainers will remind and enforce social distancing in group activities not being performed at your individual station
- All equipment will be sanitized between uses
- The gym space will be sanitized completely between bookings
- When arriving for class, please arrive a maximum of 15 minutes early
- Upon arrival, find a spot and get yourself set-up
