The 'Fit for Summer' program is a fun, challenging, 6-week outdoor workout program, with your favorite park as the background! You will train with others in a group setting, led by inspiring and motivating team training coaches from GoodLife Fitness. In this High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) approach, you'll burn more calories than traditional exercise, improve your strength, stamina, energy and body composition. Using some of the best tools in the fitness industry you'll be challenged and meet great people along the way. We guarantee that you will fit right in!
