Full-Time Position
Reporting to the Managers of Operations, join our hard-working office team and help us run successful leagues year-round! This is a full-time position where the candidate will be involved in many areas of the Club. The main focus will be sportsmanship, facility management, beach volleyball program management, team statistics and sub-divisons, and assisting our management team on various projects. The Player Relations Coordinator will have a significant impact on our players’ experiences and we be an essential part of ensuring leagues run smoothly each day.
Start Date: November 2026
Hours: Full-time hours (40/week) Monday to Friday; shifts typically scheduled between the hours of 8:30am and 7:00pm. Some evening & overtime work will be required during season start-ups (January, April, July, and September).
Sportsmanship:
Review all game reports, comments and online submissions for sportsmanship issues
Assist the MLO and office with sportsmanship decisions
Visit teams/players with sportsmanship issues at their games and report back to the Club
Ensure sportsmanship issues are documented in the sportsmanship tracker
Input all sportsmanship issues into the tracker
Follow-up with teams via e-mail and phone with decisions and consequences
Manage the Integrity Cup, Hall of Fame, and Team of the Week programs
Facility Management:
Visit facilities before and throughout each season to ensure standards are upheld
Maintain and re-stock sports equipment at all facilities
Update facility descriptions as necessary
Scout/re-rate facilities
Assist the Facility Manager of League Operations and office with any other facility items
Beach Volleyball Program Management:
Recruit and manage Beach Volleyball Coordinator (BVBC) staff seasonally
Manage bi-weekly payroll of BVBC staff
Assist in seasonal set-up and take-down of beach volleyball facilities
Reinforce high standards of conditions at beach volleyball facilities
Propose and undertake beach volleyball facility improvements
Statistics and Sub-Divisons
Monitor team registrations throughout a cycle and move teams as required to place teams in an appropriate division
Send surveys to new teams to receive documentation on skill level
Place teams in sub-divisions where required based on previous results and survey results
Degree or diploma from a recognized University or College
Previous customer service experience
Conflict Management experience is an asset

$46,000 base salary
