CSSC’s Group Fitness Classes are for those looking to get back into a routine, those who already train a few days a week, those who train every hour of every day, and every fitness level in between. You will get to meet new people in Calgary and train in a safe and inclusive group setting, led by inspiring and motivating coaches.

After your class, meet up with your classmates and other players to enjoy exclusive food and drink specials at one of the CSSC's many Sponsor Bars around Calgary!

PWR X LAB

Join our Co-ed PWR X LAB fitness classes for crossfit-inspired workouts. This session can cater to all-fitness levels and will get your heart-rate up while focusing on core isolation, lifting techniques and conditioning while utilizing gym equipment and floor space at the premium GYMVMT PWR X LAB on Macleod.

FULL THROTTLE FLEX

Get your heart rate up each week with a Co-ed or Women's Only Full Throttle Flex group fitness class! These circuit style HIIT classes will be lead by a dedicated trainer and will focus on speed, agility, strength, power and cardio.

CYCLE

Ready, set, cycle! In this dynamic indoor cycling workout, we introduce rhythmic training, active aerobic recovery and athletic performance drills. This is the ride to your fitness journey, set the pace, energize and align your mind and body all in one place.

WOMEN'S - MIND BODY YOGA

Exercise your mind, body, and spirit. Empower yourself with the revitalizing and rejuvenating practice of yoga in a Women's Only studio. Learn muscle control, strength, breathing techniques, and balance, while feeling the benefits in your body of increased flexibility and relaxation.
