Game Format
- All Ultimate Leagues are double opponent*; teams will play two matches per night against different opponents.
- All Ultimate Leagues use an Event Coordinator (EC).
- All Ultimate Leagues are self-officiated.
- All field bookings are 1.75 hours in length.
- Double Opponent: Games consist of two 20 minute halves, with a 5 minute half time.
- If the game is tied after regulation, it will be considered a tie, no extra time is played.
*All Ultimate leagues are double opponent unless communicated otherwise (e.g., when there may be less than 8 teams register for an offering). If playing single opponent format, games will consist of two 35 minute halves and a 10 minute half time.
Season Length
- All 8 Week (Spring/Summer) Ultimate Leagues use the following structure:
- 7 weeks of regular season games (14 total matches).*
- 1 week of playoff games (2 total matches).
- All 5 Week Ultimate Leagues use the following structure:
- 4 weeks of regular season games (8 total matches)**
- 1 week of playoff games (2 total matches).
- In cases where rain-outs occur, games are made up via two, 3-match weeks or season extensions (1-2 weeks).
- Games are always played on long weekend Mondays.
* Sunday League Only: All teams will have two 'three-match' weeks built into the schedule during the regular season. The 14 regular season matches will take place over 6 weeks instead of 7.
** Fall Sunday Leagues Only: Regular-season will take place over 3 weeks. All teams will have two 'three-match' weeks built into the schedule.
Playoffs
- Playoff Format: Spring / Summer (8 Week)
- All teams are guaranteed 1 week of playoff games (2 matches).
- Only the Top 4 teams will compete for the League Championship.
- Playoff Format: Fall (5 Week)
- All teams are guaranteed 1 week of playoff games (2 matches).
- Only the Top 4 teams will compete for the League Championship.
- League champs will receive t-shirts that can be picked up from the Season-end Party.
- There are no ties in playoffs.
- If the score is tied at the end of regulation:
- The game will go to a sudden death first point overtime.
- Teams will flip the disc to decide who will receive the huck.

- When registering a full team, there is no limit to the maximum number of players that can be on the roster.
- Prior to the first game of the season, teams must have the total number of players required on the field (in the above chart) confirmed on the roster in MyCSSC.
- If the minimum amount of confirmed roster players is not met, the team will receive a loss for every game played until the requirement is met.
- Minimum female requirements are inclusive of anyone who identifies as female (i.e. players who identify as M or X do not count towards F minimums).
- Prior to the first playoff game, teams must have all players who are playing in the playoff game(s) displayed as part of the confirmed roster in MyCSSC.
- If this requirement is not met, teams will receive an automatic loss and will not be eligible for the championship.
