Emcee
The CSSC is Calgary’s largest provider of adult recreational sports leagues, tournaments, and events. As the ‘voice of the CSSC’, our emcee will have a significant impact on our player’s overall experience at Season End Parties, Tournament After Parties, and many other unique events. Interested applicants should have a specific interest in promotions, strong people skills and would gladly approach strangers to start up a conversation! They would also enjoy a fun working environment, getting out to different events and working in a team-based environment. Responsibilities & Qualifications
Positions Available: 1-2 part-time positions
Start Date: Immediately
Hours:
- Casual part-time hours
- Evenings and weekends
- Typical shifts range from 3-4 hours long
- 2 to 4 shifts per month (flexible based on availability)
Season End Parties:
- Assist in set-up and take-down
- Emcee from beginning to end
- Assist in running games
- Socialize with players and distribute give-aways
- Build rapport with staff at event location
Tournament After Parties:
- Assist in set-up and take-down
- Emcee from beginning to end
- Assist in running games
- Socialize with players and distribute give-aways
- Build rapport with staff at event location

Compensation Package
Rate of Pay:
- Tournament After Party - $75
- Season End Party - $100
