This format plays on a standard turf surface using modified outdoor soccer rules. This co-ed format plays 5 vs. 5, with a minimum of two females on the field.

This format plays out of the boarded-rink turf fields of the Calgary Soccer Centre, using indoor soccer rules where the boards are live. This co-ed format plays 6 vs. 6, with a minimum of two females on the field.

An opportunity for 40+ year old players to come together and enjoy a league that's catered to them! This format plays on a standard turf surface and has an Open league format that does not have any co-ed restrictions or requirements.
