Why You Should Play: In addition to playing all your favourite backyard activities in this one-day event, you'll also be able to enjoy an on-site beer gardens. There will be Wild Rose beer, Black Fly Beverages, and of course, Fireball Whisky. Plus, we'll have some snacks and swag to give-away. 4 Boys Street Food will also be there serving up goumet hot dogs and tacos so you don't have to leave and miss any of the action. Facility: Marda Loop Communities Association - 3130 16 St SW

Division: Recreational

Times: Official times will be sent to teams no later than 5:00pm on Thursday, September 12, but all players should expect to start as early as 9:30am and end as late as 6:30pm. The tournament schedule will be posted at the facility the day of the event.

Format/Roster: All teams are guaranteed at least 5 matches and will play each of the Yard Games at least once. Teams will consist of 2 players only, with no co-ed restrictions. All participants must be 18+ years old.

Yard Games:

  • Cornhole: Get the beanbags in the hole or on the board for points. Some might know it as Beanbags.

  • KanJam: Score points by throwing and deflecting a flying disc. Some might know it as Garbage Can Frisbee!

  • Oversized Beer Pong: Instead of ping pong balls and cups, you’ll be using Slo-Pitch balls and big buckets!

  • Beersbee: This flying disc game is a must. Attempt to knock a bottle off of the opposing team's pole.

  • Spikeball: Bounce the ball down on the net so that it ricochets up at your opponent. Each team has up to three hits.

​*Please note that none of these games will be played with alcohol. All alcoholic beverages must stay in the designated beer garden area.

​Post-Tournament: Championship teams will be awarded with championship beer steins and/or gift cards immediately following the tournament. All teams can keep the good times rolling and enjoy exclusive CSSC food and drink specials at our nearest Sponsor Bar.

  • Individual: $30pp

Cancellation Policy: Please contact the CSSC office no later than Friday the week before the event to receive a full refund. Refunds will not be given after this point.
